What Is It:
Shockwave is a Non-Invasive and Non-Surgical treatment that works by stimulating fat breakdown, collagen synthesis and lymphatic drainage via the delivery of radial shockwaves. Not only does 3D-Shockwave offer a powerful new addition in the fight against cellulite, skin tightening and fat removal but there have been extensive studies on the acceleration of the results that can be achieved by combining Shockwave therapy with existing treatments like Cryolipolysis.
Shockwave therapy is a clinically proven therapy to redefine and help with body contouring.
What To Expect During Treatment:
Generally no pain is felt, however you may experience some discomfort when the Shockwave is applied. Care is taken to make it as comfortable as possible. Shockwave is delivered by placing a probe up against the areas of cellulite. As it passes over the area it emits Radial Waves through the skin. Depending on each individual’s tolerance and sensitivity, you can experience possible bruising and tenderness once the procedure is over. Sensitivity to the area being treated could last for up to 10 days.*
What Areas Can Be Improved & Results:
Common treatment areas include the outer and inner thighs, knees, arms, hips, buttocks, and stomach. Results can be seen as soon as 2 weeks from beginning the treatment*. A course of treatments is recommended as results are further improved after each treatment.
