• Set out below are the Terms and Conditions on which we base the services that Rosa B Aesthetics provide to their patients and clients. Please ensure that you have read and fully understood them prior to booking a consultation, appointment or treatment at any of our clinics. Rosa B Aesthetics reserves the right to alter these terms at any time, without warning, as we see fit.

• This website is operated by Rosa B Aesthetics. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Rosa B Aesthetics. Rosa B Aesthetics offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

• Rosa B Aesthetics endeavours to treat all its clients appropriately, compassionately and fairly. If however, you have an issue with any matter in relation to your treatment at Rosa B Aesthetics you are entitled to lodge a complaint, either in person, by telephone or in writing. If you require assistance with making your complaint, Rosa B Aesthetics will be pleased to help and support you through the process.

NO VARIATION 

•  There can be no variation or exceptions to these Terms and Conditions unless agreed in writing and countersigned by the Director of Rosa B Aesthetics. 

LEGAL JURISDICTION   

•  These Terms and Conditions and the services provided by Rosa B Aesthetics and representatives shall be governed by the laws of England, Scotland and Wales, whose courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction. 

PHOTOGRAPHY 

• The client acknowledges that Rosa B Aesthetics will take before and after photographs of the area to be treated (for example, pictures of the scalp for hair regrowth). 

• The photos shall be saved and recorded on our electronic system and the client details to evidence the effectiveness of the treatment administered.  _________________________________  *Please note there is no guarantee results will become apparent after the set amount of treatments prescribed per client.

• Individual results may vary based upon skin concern, colour and prolonged exposure. 

OUR LIABILITY

• Nothing in these terms and conditions will exclude or limit Rosa B Aesthetics liability for injury resulting from Rosa B Aesthetics negligence. 

• Rosa B Aesthetics will not be liable for any damage from your failure to disclose all relevant medical details. 

• It is the client's responsibility to ensure that he or she provide Rosa B Aesthetics with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment. Rosa B Aesthetics will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client's failure to disclose such details.

• Rosa B Aesthetics will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including without limitation, loss of profit) or any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to you.

• The client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of, Rosa B Aesthetics regarding the care of a treated area. Nothing in these terms of business shall exclude or limit Rosa B Aesthetics liability for death or any personal injury resulting from Rosa B Aesthetics negligence.
