What Is It: 

3D-Trilogy Ice technology provides fast, non-invasive Laser Hair Removal to prevent hair growth. It utilises three laser wavelengths (alexandrite, diode and Nd:Yag) in a single hand piece which simultaneously targets different tissue depths as well as anatomical structures within the hair follicle. 

Multiple layer wavelengths allows us to treat the widest range of patients and hair types. The Trilogy in motion protocol of moving the applicator over the treatment area quickly enables full face and body coverage whilst the contact cooling system ensures virtually pain free and effective hair removal. It treats a much larger area of skin per light pulse than single laser hair / IPL, resulting in faster and cheaper treatment. 

Only actively growing follicles are affected, so dormant or ‘resting’ hair follicles may start to produce hair at a later time. This ‘new growth’ (not re-growth) would need to be treated in the same manner. The way hair grows is slightly different for everyone, so we tailor our treatment to suit you.  

What To Expect During Treatment:

The machine we use ensures safe, comfortable and effective hair removal on all skin types. It removes hair by sending out high-energy pulses. You will experience some warmth as the Trilogy in motion protocol engages and the sensation you will feel will be like a flick of an elastic band on the skin. There may be redness or swelling, in the treated area. These effects will disappear several hours after the treatment, however in the majority of cases, there are no visible secondary effects.*

No.Of Treatments Required: 

Every person has their own unique cycle of hair growth, so the number of sessions required will vary between individuals. Normally 6 sessions will be sufficient, however you may need up-to 8 sessions. A top-up treatment may be required a year after your original course.
